Planning Fee

We charge a fee to conduct detailed research of your travel plans of $100 with every quote request. Quotes will be processed once payment is received. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.

**Cancellation Policy (Group Trips)

​We understand, things happen! However, we incur expenses long before the trip. Any deposits made are non-refundable. But, you do have the option to transfer your spot to another traveler to recover your money. Depending on the trip, there may be a transfer fee to change names on the reservation and/or any tickets already purchased by our company. Please call or email us asap to let us know of any cancellations/changes.
